All of our crane installations are carried out by experienced crane engineers, technicians and industry leading steelworkers to ensure the installation of your crane runs as efficient and safe as possible.
Thorough Planning Prior to Your Crane Installation
Before the crane installation begins, a thorough risk assessment will be conducted, followed by a SWMS detailing the full procedure!
Crane installations can be carried out using existing runway gantry systems or installed onto a new runway gantry system provided by Diversecrane.
Common methods of installation include:
- Mobile Cranes
- Genie Lifts
- Fork Lift
- Hiabs
Once the crane has been safely installed onto the relevant steel support structure, it will be electrically connected and commissioned. With the use of test weights, the overload limiter will be configured and set. A certificate will be issued to declare it compliant, and safe and fit for its intended design purpose.
Warranty
Diversecrane provide a 12-month warranty on materials.
Diverscrane provide a 24-month warranty on all workmanship.
All other warranties are as per specific manufacturer warranties.
